Trouble Editing Scopes On New Teammates Between April 4th and April 5th, 2024

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Starting 2:00PM PST on Thursday, April 4th, customers who created teammates may see errors when trying to edit those teammate scopes. Our engineers have investigated and fixed this issue for newly created teammates as of 4:30PM PST April 5th. Customers who created a teammate between Thursday and Friday are advised have to delete and recreate a new teammate to be able to edit the scopes. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
