V3 API Endpoints May Return a 500 or timeout

These maintenances affect outgoing email on the Zenith Media Canada Network of servers, all outgoing email unless configured by the client to do otherwise rely on the smart host gateway of SendGrid.

Resolved - Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with V3 API endpoints has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Monitoring - At 2:45PM PT, our engineers implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. Customers should no longer be seeing 500 errors or timeouts when attempting to access V3 endpoints. Access to the SendGrid portal via app.sendgrid.com should also no longer be affected. We will provide another update in the next hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating - Starting at 1:00 PM PT, our engineers began investigating an issue with API endpoints. Customers may experience 500 responses or timeouts when attempting to access certain V3 endpoints. This will also impact customer's ability to access the SendGrid portal via app.sendgrid.com. This does not impact customer's ability to send mail via the V3 API. We will provide another update within 30 minutes or sooner if more information becomes available.
